Basecamp Windows 4.7.1 does not show Open MBT maps after loading

For which map?

 And even though you get the message are the Open MBT maps visible?

Its the Openmtbmap_europe_14.09.2017_UC but I'm only selecting Iceland

It doesn't display. The map is not there at all. My original Australia Topo map is still there and working but the new one is not there to select 

Does BaseCamp see the map on your device, not the one installed to your PC?  Also try running JaVaWa's Device manager, what maps does it see on the device?

Base camp does see the map on the Oregon 700. It says it's installed. I'll try the device mgr you suggest as well tonight 

In fact I've installed and removed it a couple of times now with map installer (from base camp) and still get the same error and outcome 

It's confusing as OSM maps don't usually need authentication, it'll be interesting to see what the JaVaWa device manager says about maps on the device.

JavaWa says there are two maps (Aust Topo and openmbtmap_europe_14.09.2017_uc.img)

The openmbt_europmap is however listed as corrupted 

Try getting the img file directly from the openmtbmap site
