I've moved this to the BaseCamp forum as it's not an Express issue.
As for your query I'm not quite sure what your issue is, perhaps you could explain exactly what you're trying to do?
Thanks for your attention. I have many Favorites, trips-itineraries all nicely saved inside my device. When I connect my device with Basecam (so I could update them or modify them,,,) they just do not appear on Basecamp. All I can access on Basecamp are the waypoints (in "my collection"), but i cannot access my planned trips". How could I access them ?
Does your device appear at all? The only issue I'm aware of with the 2300 series is that they won't accept routes from BaseCamp. If you can't see your device ensure you scroll down in the top left hand pane, as it will be at the bottom of that pane. If it's there select it and the data should appear in the bottom left hand pane.
Yes my device appears top left of Basecamp screen . If I scroll down lower in the left hand pane, I find "My Collection" which includes 107 waypoints (=my device's favorites) and 9 active logs (referring to "tracks"dating back 2018...). But I cannot see my trips (which I have planned in my device, undet "Traffic Planner" ????.
*** under "Trip planner", sorry

You need to scroll down in the 'top' left hand pane, not the lower one. In any case it's a while since I looked into the 2360, it's quite an old device, but as well as not able to read routes sent from BaseCamp it's also possible BaseCamp can't read them. If it's seeing your favourites then I suspect that is the issue.
Thanks for your attempts. Just to add: in "My Devices Caption" of Basecamp my Nuvi 2360 appears .When opening it up: I see "Internal Storage ". Inside I find all data: 116. then 107 waypoints. 9 tracks. 0 (Zero) routes????. Odd !
2360 is old, but most useful for our yearly californian trips, 2360 has been our companion over the last 7 years.
Merci.
No, not odd, but there was something different in the 2300 series that caused issues with BaseCamp dealing with routes/trips. Afraid it is what it is.
