Can't see TopoActive Europe SW 19.10 in my Etrex 30x

I have connected my Etrex 30x to my Windows 10 PC and tried to use Basecamp 4.7 to see a map but I can only find a very undetailed, empty map with a few roads. What can I do?

If you have that map on your Etrex it should show in BC. Note it won't show immediately on first try as it needs time to index the map. You should see a green progressing line underneath your device showing the map is being indexed for first use.
