Importing routes from device nuvi250 using BC

Pretty sure the data is not being recorded, under 'user data' it has my home and two other old entries as way points but no routes.

You could be right, there's nothing in the manual to suggest it does only a vague memory of doing this ages ago - I assume the data (if written) is stored within GPX file, if that's empty then perhaps a no go ? 

Not sure what you mean by being recorded, you create a route, either in BaseCamp or your device, for it to use.

There doesn't seem to be an option to ceate routes on the device, also following your link no achive folder either - screen shot attached.

My guess is this unit too old, btw, would you know if this feature available on Google maps, tried Timeline and offline but not the same as recounting old tracks/routes taken.
