Basecamp Maps and GPS maps

I have downloaded the latest maps onto my GPS and computer. When I run basecamp I find locations in Base camp that cannot be found on my GPS device. How do I get these locations onto my GPS device?

That shouldn't happen, do you have more than one map installed in BaseCamp and your GPS? Which 'latest maps' are you talking about?

Can you give an example of what you can find in BaseCamp that you can't on your device? And which device is it?

The version of baseCamp I downloaded is 4.7.
The maps are the latest for Australia New Zealand.

My GPS is a Nuvu 2597LMT.

For example in BaseCamp I can plot a trip From Sydney to Hell Hole National Park but when I try to do this on my GPS it doesn't find Hell Hole National Park.

Unfortunately I don't have those maps so can't have a good look at it. If those are the only maps what you're describing shouldn't happen, unless Hell Hole National Park is on the basemap installed with BaseCamp? You could check if that is the case by just selecting the basemap in Basecamp.

What you say is what I've found. That is the BaseCamp map has Hell Hole National Park but the supposedly same map set, Australia/ New Zealand does not. Does this mean the there is another version of the Navigator maps? If so how do I get it as I have updated it before I copied it to my PC.

You should be able to run Express and get it to download the map to your PC, it'll be under Map Options.
