Mouse freezing

Hello,

I got an Edge 1030 a few days ago and when using BaseCamp, I notice that the mouse often freeze, even when using another software with BaseCamp in background. I would say it happens every 2 to 3 seconds.

Is it normal? Has someone already solved this issue?

PS: I have a very high-spec PC with Windows 10 64 bits.
