Why does Garmin hate its users so much?

  • I really don't know why I am biting at this ridiculous bait, but I can't resist. Your first post and you ask an open-ended, no-detailed question. I'm guessing that you really aren't looking for an answer. It is a rhetorical question, posed out of frustration.
    In my experience, Garmin has been good. I pose questions to them by email and invariably get a reply within 48 hours. They have followed up to see if their solution to my problem was successful, and they've offered more support if I needed it.
    If you are frustrated because BC is old and in need of a replacement, say so, and perhaps some of the more knowledgeable people here will be able to help you through your issue. That has always been my experience here.
