Hi All,
I have downloaded Basecamp for my fenix and I am trying to use it to plan out some routes.
However the maps just do not seem to load in the basecamp screen, especially when zooming in.

i have trekd updating my video card as was mentioned on garmin webpage but this has not helped.
Any support you can give would be massively appreciated.
