"NR" tile in OSM map in Basecamp

I'm looking at an OSM map in basecamp (I'm pretty new to this so no experience) and I see a bunch of "NR" tiles and can't for the life of me find an explanation what it means, could someone enlighten me please?

Hi :) THat’s supposed to be a polygon fill for an area. Nature Reserve.
