Garmin GPSMAP 60csx - how to add a gpx track and use it

Hello ,
someone could help me, telling me how to add a gpx track in to my garmin gpsmap 60csx and then how to use the track on it?

Where did the track come from? Your GPS 60 is quite an old device, there is a manual here that may help you

You need to use a program to transfer the track. Basecamp or Mapsource will work. It cannot be any larger than 500 points.
