Problem with Map

Hello I have a problem with gpsMap 64s I have these maps installed as you see in the photo to pc and memory card , the letter n = sd card and L = gps folder and although I sent with the base camp the map 2019.20 on the card does not seem at all in the gps64s, installing with mapSource a piece of map inside the gps64s central folder did not see it again and only 2017.20 appears the the drive to the map and the world map no idea how to work 2019.20 ?

What BaseCamp version are you using? Installing the latest 4.7 broke the install to device, the solution is to revert to 4.6.2

the version 4.6.2 ,I have never put 4.7 on my computer

OK, how did you get hold of these maps? They should show as unlocked but they're showing as not lockable?

I can not figure out I installed the computer normally, but when they are transferred to the machine they do not see it, and after the end of the transfer it says it was normal

How did you install the maps to your PC? Where did they come from?

Then I suggest you contact Product Support for detailed help as trying to resolve that issue needs some detailed troubleshooting. I have only one last suggestion, is the SD card formatted as FAT32? It needs to be to work with your GPS.

yes the card is format fat32 the map 2017.20 working prefect ,i contact the support for solution thanks
