Display cities but not townships?

I'm hoping there is a way to remove some clutter from the map display in Basecamp. I'd like to remove the names of townships while keeping the names of cities and towns. As it is, my map (City Navigator North America NT 2019.20) appears to have measles. I'd like to see which city/town/village I'm riding through, but I really have no use for the location of township offices, especially since the boundaries are not shown. The only applicable option I can find removes ALL community names.

Anyone have a way to clean up my display?

I think it's all or nothing, but have you tried playing with the map detail level? That may or may not help.

City and township labels both disappear when I change from "Lower" to "Lowest" detail levels, so no help there.

Experimented a bit using Open Street Maps, which do not have township labels, but OSM has other details I do not need. I'm still playing with the options.
