Have tried loading data form latest Basecamp to the satnav. I see Moderator has one the same. Cannot find the POIs anywhere on the device. USB cable and connection fine as just been used to update using Garmin Express. Where do I look? Basecamp is seeing the satnav model. The other issue is not I think anything to do with Garmin. A third party Australia map used standalone based on Open Street Map only shows a few of conurbation 'Cites'. Sorry, I am a novice to the finer points of using Nuvi.
Which version of BC are you using? Folks have had numerous issues with 4.7, if that's what you mean by latest it may be worth reverting to 4.6.2 to see if that helps since the map issue is almost certainly due to 4.7 being used.
By POIs do you simply mean waypoints etc? If so having sent them to your nuvi they should appear in Favourites/Saved places. If true POIs where did these come from and how did you install them in BC?
