I have two issues.
1. cant see all my waypoints on the map at the same time.
2.The contour lines on the topo map I uploaded to my Etrex 20x don't show. I see the base map but no contour.
1. was given a KMZ file with a bunch of pins marking locations like where water is, where camp is, where we want to hike to, etc.. I loaded the file into baseCamp then dropped the points into the folder "Internal Storage" which copied them to my device. I can see the individual points on my device, listed in the list under manage way points but on the map I can only see one at a time by selecting the point and clicking on the map button to show it on the map. Id like to see all of them at the same time.
2. I can't see the couture lines on a map I uploaded to my device.
I downloaded this map of Idaho from GPSFileDepot here https://www.gpsfiledepot.com/maps/view/45/ I loaded the map by clicking on the downloaded exe map file which allowed me to select it in basecamp. On basecamp it looks great. I don't see contour lines until I zoom into where the scale is 2mi and that's great. As I zoom in the contours get more detailed. I added 'detail' tool to my toolbar and set it to Highest for best detail.
Then I right clicked on 'internal storage' then 'install maps...' I clicked customize and made sure I was installing the full map which was 181mb It only took about a second before I got the successful message. Unfortunately the complete map isn't uploaded. If i click again to uninstall the map it shows only 1.48MB were uploaded. Why doesn't it do the whole map. When I look at the file on my computer its made up of about 12 or so sections but I think that's pretty normal.
I also deleted the files reset the unit and reinstalled them but same thing happens.
