Is anyone else having problems downloading thier subscribed Birds Eye data. I have used this a loads of times especially useful for my Rally Stage views. But it seems since 2 weeks ago I am always getting the error finding server message. I have followed the on line advice, and actually closed all my anti virus and malware protection to see if they are affecting the comms, but still no luck. Have even put Basecamp on a different PC to check but still get same message. So I installed an older version of BC on another PC still no joy. Could it be Garmin? Any help would be very appreciated.
Sorted.... It turned out to be Spybot search and destroy 2.7, had set up a proxy via it's own network for internet protection. Not what I wanted so removing it and reverting back to normal IE and Firefox setting has solved the problem.
