GPX Route on Nuvi 1490

Hello! I created a route on Strava webside, downloaded the GPX file and put it in BaseCamp. Now a week pased and I still can't open it on my NUVI 1490. I tried everything but all i see on my gps are starting point end finish. What I am doing wrong?

When I go to My Data, Import Route(s) its say "No data available"

How are you creating the route on your nuvi? If you're simply sending the strava route that won't work. Create the route on BaseCamp then send that.
