BirdsEye showing winter images.

HI. I'm not looking for any support, i just wanted to spread the word and maybe start a discussion.
I have a BirdsEye-sub, and as beeing a fly fisher I used to download BirdsEye images over the stream in question to know/see where the white water were. It has been working perfectly until one week ago when I did as I normally do and realized that BE is "sending" me winter images.

I'm so disappointed. The worst thing is that the Swedish support are cocky in their reply to me telling me that I should have inspected the images before paying for them(!). They didn't know that I pay for the sub, not per image, and that there isn't any choice for me if i don't accept the images.

So disappointed.

Is there any other similar service out there? I'm leaving BirdsEye and am trying to get my money refunded.

Absolutely essential tool to zoom in on particular point on Google Earth, by locating it first on BaseCamp map. To bad that new version of BaseCamp omitted that important part. (I use prior version) Only problem with Google Earth is that for remote areas of the world images are mostly in low resolution, and BirdsEye will shine there.
