Zumo 595 and BaseCamp

So I have been using MapSource for a long time, now that I have a new Zumo 595 I switched to BC. Not too many learning curves but I have a few and I did not see a Zumo thread.

I have a external memory in my unit, why cant I see it? I loaded a track on it. I can see the card in BC but when I go the Zumo I can find the track I put on the memory card only internal memory.
How do I turn off the annoying pop ups? I get messages at the top like "speed limit reduced ahead" or a "RR crossing", then it zooms out and it......can that be turned off?

There is no forum here for device issues but try https://www.zumouserforums.co.uk/ for help. As for sending a track to your device there is little point in sending it to the card. Any track sent either by BaseCamp or MapSource uses very little space, and in any case is merged into the data that your device uses. Once it's showing on your Zumo you can delete the file sent there as it's no longer required.
