I thought I'd give this a go before I just give up and get something which works.
Quite apart from my eTrex 20x not finding satellites or connecting to a computer most of the time, I find that on the rare occasions it works I am unable to download maps I want. I've paid for some maps - the website is not particularly helpful so it's hard to say exactly what I got but I believed I had purchased OS style maps. When I try to download them I can only seem to get satellite photo style maps, which are no use to me. Customer services are as usual completely unresponsive so I wondered if anyone here knew how it works.
How do you get OS type maps? How do you download them?
