Basecamp 4.70, Birdseye and Dakota 20

Yep a few issues..... Recently moved from version 4.2.5 basecamp as could no longer login and was suggested I update to latest version. Buit now I have no way of login in as there's no tab or even a setting to login with!!!!!!!!!! can login fine through web broswer. Tried to add Birdseye data but even though my Dakota 20 is FULLY compatible it seems basecamp doesn't no this... Yes Dakota 20 is fully upto date and is even recognised by basecamp 4.70 but still keeps telling me to use a compatible device for birdseye...

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO guys is there any solutions?

Contact Product Support and let them know, 4.7 is defective in so many ways. Read through the various threads and revert to 4.6.2, it at least is a fully working version.

Just looking at your screen shot and seeing the green lines your Dakota is still being indexed by BaseCamp so that could simply be the issue. Once those green lines disappear if you still have issues then contact Product Support.

yep still same issue an same issue(ALL OF THEM) with 4.62!!!!!!!!! says check your internet connect and try again... same issue on a pc and two laptops. so I know its not a device issue

as to reporting it I did they told me to upgrade!!!!!!!!!!!!

did and have done sooooooo many times now....Have paid for additional birdseye data and can't login no matter what version of BC so can't download the anything!

Then ask for a refund if it won't work, I've never heard of anyone though not being able to download birdseye after some help, although if 4.7 is involved I can't comment. Using 4.6.2 try the steps in this FAQ https://support.garmin.com/en-US/?fa...Type=noProduct which although it applies to Express may help you. Also confirm you are using a cabled device and not trying to do this over wifi? If wifi try cabling direct to your router.

Also click on this link that will tell you if your computer can connect http://omt.garmin.com/
