Since the latest up date I no longer any detail with Garmin OEM EU when I zoom in. Its just like global world map? The two new maps cycling work perfectly. Zoom in out detail changes etc. Perfect. Any clues to what is wrong? All updates applied, video driver upto date, Win 10.
Sorry but I'm slightly confused about which map you're talking about and which ones display correctly. What shows in the Map drop down list? That will tell you which maps are installed on your PC for BC to use.
I have 4 maps on the garmin all loaded in the window on basecamp. World and two cycling maps with the latest upgrade work perfectly. But the OEM EU 2017.20 dosent work? It only shows the same detail as the world map.
The OEM EU 2017 map worked fine showing all the detail when you scrolled in before the latest up date :-(
Very strange. I'd try uninstalling the map via Control Panel and then use Express to reinstall it. I take it you have rebooted your PC after updating the map?
its now updated with a file I see in the window d472809a - I assume an update. Now have three maps only 2 x cycling NE and SW Europe and DEM 20.17 - which is the global map! Its all working again, very strange. I guess with more info they have had to split the original one map. I dont see any info to tell us whats happening :-)
