Basecamp update?

I thought the update was supposed to be released yesterday. When will it be released?

I'm using BaseCamp 4.7.0 and just updated to City Navigator NA 2019.2 with no problems.

Not from within BaseCamp and MapInstall though but by using Express, that's completely different :)
