Hello, It's been a couple of years since I've had to load gpx points into my garmin. I am doing something wrong in my current attempt to transfer waypoints to my device. I am creating waypoints in GEpro, saving them as a KML (in addition to points there is a polygon of area), in Garmin POI converting them to GPXx, copy/paste to a subfolder I created in the GPX folder (I also tried this as a subfolder in the Garmin folder, and as just a file in the GPX folder). These points are not showing up on my unit or in Basecamp. I am doing something wrong but I am not sure where I am going wrong! Is it in how I am saving the file from GE, the conversion in Garmin POI, where I am trying to save them in the Garmin, that I have a polygon file or a combination of things? I am not even sure this is where I should be posting this question. Help, PlEASE!
Thanks! It worked. Easy peasy. I didn't know you could import kml into basecamp. All the tutorials I could find talked about gpx files. And the last time I did this I had to convert to gpx! Thanks again.
