Map undate City Navigator North America NT 2019.11.gmap does not list in Basecamp

Recent map update City Navigator North America NT 2019.11.gmap does not show as a choice in BaseCamp (maps).

The map is installed on the winows 10 computer where all maps have installed:ProgramData/Garmin/Maps

I also checked the registry and found this entry suspect:
C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Maps\City Navigator North America NT 2019.11.gmap\Product1\CNNANT_2019_10\

and
Another entry:
C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Maps\City Navigator North America NT 2019.11.gmap\CNNANT_2019_10_mdr\
again should not 2019_10_mdr be 2019_11_mdr

Both entries registry location:
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\Folders

It seems 2019.11 points to CNNANT_2019_10 not 2019_11.in both these registry entries
Could this be the problem?

UPDATE: Discovery: ( Install to computer): City Navigator North America NT 2019.11
is actually version 2019.10. If you open the file folder @ (C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Maps),
you will see that all files reference 2019.10. All registry entries also reference 2019.10 NOT 2019.11

So the version downloaded to the computer for use with BaseCamp
is the previous version but with a folder name of the newer version.

This may explain why 2019.11 does not display in BC.

I noticed the same thing. In the GPS it lists "CN North America NT 2019.11 ALL" and the "CN North America NT" Parkopedia and Foursquare maps show 2019.10.

I see the same problem. Today I connected Montana 600 to Garmin Express, it suggested "Garmin Lifetime Map Update Card, NA, web pkg". I selected to install, took about 30 minutes to download and install on my computer into folder
C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Maps\City Navigator North America NT 2019.11.gmap
about 3.38GB in size.

Next to it is
C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Maps\City Navigator North America NT 2019.10.gmap
that appears identical to 2019.11, as the original poster noticed.

When I open BaseCamp 4.6.2, I don't see the 2019.11 map, only the previously installed 2019.10.
Similarly, when I start MapInstall, it does not give me the option to install 2019.11 maps, only 2019.10.

So, the 2019.11 map is on my computer, but neither BaseCamp, nor MapInstall sees it.

I called Garmin about the issue. They confirmed that the 2019.11 version was indeed released to correct some routing issues in 2019.10 version. I suggested to them to provide an explanation & info on the website or on this forum, so that we know what's going on.

On my laptop, from the Control Panel > Programs and Features, I uninstalled CIty Nav 2019.10, which effectively removed it the two folders where it was installed:
C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Maps\City Navigator North America NT 2019.10.gmap
C:\Users\All Users\Garmin\Maps\City Navigator North America NT 2019.10.gmap
leaving only version 2019.11 in place. That saved 2 x 3.8 GB on the disk.

When I started BaseCamp, it still showed only 2019.10 version (which is defined inside the Info.xml file inside the 2019.11 folder), and everything worked fine.
