Error reading files Drive 60LMT

Hi, am new to all of this including the Garmin Drive 60 LMT GPS. Installed BaseCamp and tried to integrate it with Drive 60 LMT and the first pop up window says " there was a problem communicating with the Garmin Device". The second pop up window say " An error occurred while reading the following files GPX/ARCHIVE/4.GPX ". First time using it on BaseCamp any ideas please would like to use BaseCamp to plan a trip.

Delete the archived file via Windows Explorer, then all should be well.
