Can not see routes or tracks created in Basecamp on etrex 10

Hello,
I've got an etrex 10 with latest software (3.2) and I can't see any routes or tracks that I've created and sent to device from Basecamp (ver4.6.2). My device appears under "Devices" in Basecamp. When I select a route or track that I want to transfer to my etrex 10 and click "send to device", there's a small indicator icon over the 'internal storage' folder that appears and then a green check mark appears making it seem that the transfer was successful. In Basecamp, when I select the "internal storage" folder, my routes appear on the map. So, then I close Basecamp, eject the garmin from Windows, and then power on the device, but I can't see the routes or tracks on the device. Please help!
