Map updates / Reporting map errors?

Tried to report a basecamp map error (NTU 2018.1), but the website below malfunctions in the map product drop down list, which is empty. Tried on PC/Mac and several browsers. Anybody got another address that works?

btw. Why do the Garmin maps miss so many (old) updates, when my TomTOm has most of them, and they are all on OSM maps? It is becoming pretty annoying!

I've been using Garmin maps for years and only ever seen a couple of errors. A new road development here was on the next release after it opened.

Garmin link works for me. If not for you try reporting directly to HERE, who supply the maps.

So the dropdown box works for you? Full of readable map products?

Looked at the HERE www, and didn't find any help on reporting map error, but installed the HERE app on iOS and see the same errors here (of course).

Yes, works fine. Was able to select my map, the EU one.

Hey, if you want to report map errors this is best in HERE Map Creator https://mapcreator.here.com
The corrections appear on average after six months.

Did you place a check in the No Device - Map Only box?

Tried both, same result. Also tried to select a "line" from the drop down, although it is blank, but I'm blocked in submitting due to this missing field.
Can it be language/location restricted?

I will try the suggested HERE address instead.

More likely a browser issue

In Safari/Chrome/Firefox on Mac, and IE11 on PC? I doubt... will call it bad coding if this is the case...
But the HERE creator site works great. Just found that 2 of the 3 missing roads were already on the map....

I know that this is an old discussion so perhaps the website at https://mapcreator.here.com is no longer valid as a place to report a map error since I didn't see a link for reporting an error. Perhaps it is hidden within one of the other links. Anyone know?

The error is in the CN North America NT 2022.2 map. It will route off an exit that doesn't exist on Interstate 81 southbound near Buchanan, VA. If you look at Google Maps its where the I-81 Frontage Rd (also US-11) goes under I-81. There is a northbound on-ramp but there isn't the southbound off ramp that the map thinks exists. The same map is on my zumo XT which also routes off this non-existent exit
