Are Hyperlinks gone???
I opened an old map, (set of waypoints), I had created about three years ago; it contains a couple dozen waypoint symbols each with a hyperlink in the Notes section.
1. Originally, you just had to click on the map symbol and the hyperlink would automatically open, very nice!
2. Now, (2017), this does not work! The only way to access the hyperlink is to select the map symbol, right-click to open, open Notes and then double-click the link.
This is very cumbersome. Am I doing something wrong? Has this feature disappeared from BaseCamp? Is there a new or different way to get the hyperlink to open without going through all these steps?
The hyperlinks in question where for USGS height and flow-rate info on rivers I was planning on fishing. Others were for an avalanche warning center for skiing, several others were for favorite fly shops, restaurant, etc showing hours of operation.
Any help or info would be greatly appreciated!
