I'm using a Montana 610T. I just purchased Topo US 24k maps from Garmin on an SD card. I put the new card in to my device and all was great. My question is; the SD card with the maps is only a 2GB card and the maps use 1.8Gb leaving only minimum space for any other maps I may want to load to my devices external memory. My internal space is 7.23GB with 5.94GB used.
I have a 32gb empty card I would like to use for external storage.
Is there any way I can put the 24K topo maps on the 32GB card and get them to work on my Montana 610T? I'd really like to have the extra memory space if I want to add other maps.
