I think the answer is "no", but is there a way to re-position a waypoint? I've used cut and paste to change a waypoint's latitude and longitude (used an existing waypoint with a funny name [/see waypoint management thread]), but that's clunky. A simple grab&drop would be easier.
Select the Waypoint in the lower left pane. Click on the Move tool in the Drawing Tools palate - its the one with pencil and scissors. The move tool is between the pencil and eraser - I think it is the only active tool for Waypoints - others will be grayed out. Now simply click on the map at the new location. If you don't like it, ctrl-z will undo the move.
