Displaying Birdseye Map on Basecamp

I have a GPS64S with 1:50K OS map installed on a SD card, I have also downloaded an area of the UK on Birdseye Select at 1:25K, via BaseCamp. This all works fine on the GPS, if I zoom in on a track I go from a very large scale map to 1:25:K for the area I have downloaded and everywhere else is shown as 1:50K - as I would expect, but I have a problem with BaseCamp. I normally plot a track using Basecamp and then transfer it to the GPS. Despite having the 1:25K installed on Basecamp I can only plot or see a track at 1:25K if I move or create it inside the List that holds a copy of the Birdseye Select map. I have a series of Lists under
My Collection\
Data received from GPSMAP 64s (I: )\
Name of a list

but if the List itself doesn't contain the Birdseye Map, it will not show it. In fact it shows the BaseCamp track on the almost blank Global Map, if the GPS isn't attached (at 1:50K, if it is). If the Birdseye map is in the List it works fine at 1:25K and I cannot see any way of manipulating the map to make it appear on all Lists. It's not a desperate problem but it does mean I have to copy or move things around within Lists to work.
