Using City Navigator map on Basecamp without connecting Garmin 660LM

I have a new Garmin 660LM and Basecamp V4.62 running on Win10.

Question: Is there a way to use City Navigator North America V2017.3 on Basecamp without connecting the 660LM?

Looking at Menu Maps - Manage Products- I see both Global and City maps listed when the 660LM is connected. When highlighting the City Nav map it won't let me "Unlock on line"

No, not right now but when you update your map you can then select the install to PC option.

But did your device come with that map as it's only just been released? If not and you've already updated then use Express again to install to PC.

Thank You! I went back to Garmin Express and found where to download to the PC That did it! You are a Genius!
