Bug Report: No Custom Symblos

In case the developers view this forum Id like to describe this issue I observe.

When inserting a New Waypoint, then selecting the Symbol to Display a selection of symbols appears. At the bottom of the Symblo selection is a Custom set of symbols shown as 8 identical blue dots. There is no mechanism that allows customization of the symbol.

You sure can create custom waypoint symbols. Those eight dots are saved in \My Documents\My Garmin\Custom Waypoint Symbols\
and you will notice they are numbered 001 through 008. Save your custom symbol in this location keeping the numbering 001 through 064. Yes, you can have up to 64 custom symbols.

Tons of info on the internet. Just Google Custom Waypoint Symbols for Garmin

POIFactory.com has a lot of customs that people have created that you can download

Custom POI symbols don't appear in Win 10

I have used Basecamp for several years and have installed custom POI symbols in C:\Documents\My Garmin\Custom Waypoint Symbols with the proper naming of 001.bmp, etc. They used to appear properly in Windows 10 but no longer appear in Basecamp. I have version 1607 build 14393.447 I am not sure when they stopped appearing, but it has been in the last few months.

I'm running Win10 on three computers and custom waypoints show up in BaseCamp fine.
