BaseCamp basic use for planning car travels

Hi alls,
I'm trying to use BaseCamp for few days with a DriveSmart 60.
very disappointed for now...
How is it possible to plan a new travel prom 2 adresses (not just towns) ?
Is it possible to make a choice from several suggested routes ?
Are there some simple tutorials, somewhere ?
My aim is not cycling, climbing... just drive.

Even with Drivesmart itself, isn't it possible to choose between several routes ?
My basic smartphone can do that.
Very very disappointed...

I use mine pretty much all the time for route planning trips in my car.

If you want to travel between two addresses search for them first and save them as waypoints, then create the route. What BaseCamp won't do is offer you a choice but once you have a route you can 'rubber band' it to go where you want to.
