Cannot import data

My basecamp tells me that it cannot import my data because it "cannot connect to Garmin servers" I can't seem to figure out why... I try to sign in but it tells me the same thing. Help please!

Welcome to the forum.

What data are you trying to import? How are you trying to do it? There is normally no need to sign into Garmin servers to use BaseCamp.
