It is interesting that when you can't resolve a problem you shut down a tread. I did talk to CS before posting on the forum, they had no answers to the problem that I raised, and actually sent me off to the map supplier to try and get answers re maps. Re speed cameras they had no advice at all. Is this the way that problems get rectified at Garmin. Then it is no wonder that the information on the maps ( Latest version) are at least 5 years out of date. SO THEN HOW DOES report all of such discrepancies to have them rectified, and don't just give the stupid answer that you did previously, or DON'T you care about the paying customers????
  • This forum is about BaseCamp. Its mainly user to user, not Garmin staff. It's no good simply repeating your query since this is something that can only be resolved, if indeed there is a problem, by Garmin themselves so you do really need to talk to Product Support. In summary:

    You've been given 3 different ways to report a map error.

    Speed cameras have nothing to do with maps, nor with BaseCamp.

    I'm sorry if that isn't the answer you wanted but you're in the wrong place to get them resolved. If Product Support say they can't help then you need to ask them who can.
