Can I export the listing from "My Collection"?

Hi,

I am new to baseCamp and must admit I find it a bit clunky compared to the GIS I usually use (Mapinfo). So, I have imported georeferenced photos from my Montana 680 into Basecamp and these are now listed in "My Collection" along with their British National Grid Coordinates.

So what I would like to do is export this listing as a csv file or similar which can then be imported into Mapinfo to show the locations of each photo. Can anyone tell me if this is possible, or if there is maybe a simpler way to export all the locations.

Getting a gpx file into Mapinfo is also a rather protracted process - its disappointing that Garmin and Mapinfo are not more compatible...

Yes, you can. First, make a new list under My Collection and move the relevant points to it. Otherwise you will export the entire collection.
Highlight the new list and select File->Export, then choose the entire list or your highlighted Selection. In the new window, choose a destination and in the
drop down menu in the File Type box, select comma delimited.

Now, I don't think you can export the photos into a csv file, so there is the possibility that the export process will not work unless you also have separate waypoints for each photo, and only export those.
