Montana not connecting to Basecamp

Hi all

Since upgrading to Windows 10, my Montana GPS is not visible in Basecamp (4.6.2). Both card and internal drives are visible in Windows and I can copy to them both, however they are just not visible and able to be uploaded/downloaded to in Basecamp. My older 60CSx is visible in both Basecamp and MapSource.

If anyone has a solution to this, please let me know as it's rather annoying having to transfer everything manually.

Sounds as though Win10 hasn't installed the correct drivers. You may need to contact MS to resolve that.

However have you tried uninstalling then reinstalling BaseCamp?
