I've searched and the answers I've gotten don't seem to work for me, so apologize if I did miss the answer. When I select a waypoint in Basecamp (4.6.2) and try to View it in Google Earth Pro, it gives me an error message (This feature requires Google Earth to be installed and running. Please launch Google Earth, then try again.) and Google Earth Pro does not open. I've tried this by opening Google Earth Pro ahead of time and then opening Basecamp and trying the same method.
I uninstalled Pro and installed the standard version, and the function worked fine. But I lost the resolution I enjoyed with Pro.
I reinstalled Pro and the issue came back. I've tried various combinations of having one program or the other open first to no avail.
Any other suggestions? I would really like to be able to see what's in Basecamp displayed on Google Earth Pro.
edit: I'm using Windows 10, latest version of BaseCamp and Google Earth / Google Earth Pro.
Thanks,
-Matt
