OK...we had successfully gotten track data from our GPS unit, put it into Basecamp, made a route, and then gotten the turn-by-turn route directions...
...but now we can't. For some reason, when you click the tab for directions, all it shows is the starting point and the ending point - it isn't actually processing all the points that you can see on the first tab into turn-by-turn directions. Messing with the options for "direct" vs. car vs. hiking vs. whatever don't seem to do us any good...and we're running out of things to click on.
Anyone have any idea what our problem is? Other than we're idiots?
