When i connect my edge 1000 with latest software and Routable cycle map of Europe 2016.10 to my computer(windows 7) with lates version of basecamp it start to load the cycle map up to the computer (with a greenbar) therafter it shifts to red and no maps become available.
When using garmin express the map option "Install to computer" is faintly coloured and dysfuctional, Attempts to reinstall the map responds with claims that there is too little memory.
It is a nuisance as the reason for the purchase was a the possibility to do route planning on the computer. without internet access!
