BaseCamp maps unblocking

Hi,

I download and install, thru Garmin Express, CN Europe NT 2017.10 on my Zumo and computer.

On the GPS everythings works great.

On my computer, every time that I use BaseCamp I get the message to unlock this map.

I already went to My Garmin took the unlock key, added it but I still with the problem.

Some help on this, please

This occasionally happens on some computers, I don't think anyone knows why. If it were me I'd try installing the map again to your PC, but first ensure Express is up to date. If that doesn't work you will need to contact Product Support, who can provide the necessary file.

Start Map Product Manager from "Maps" menu, go to "Unlock regions" tab and import "Unlock Code files (*.gma)" from your GPS. Gma files probably are placed in hidden directory \.System on nuvi.

Nice spot, hadn't seen that option before, just the 'unlock on line' one :)
