I have downloaded basecamp and am now trying to start using it to view some tracks I have saved on my etrex20. On the startup page I can not seem to load any info from my device. How do I get it to recieve my data, from the tutorials I have watched I have plugged in my device to the usb port and clicked on my collection but nothing shows up.
They won't just appear in My Collection. Click on your device in the top left hand pane and you'll see the data on your device there. If you want to copy it to My Collection drag/drop it there.
Note, the size on the panels on the left is easily adjusted by dragging the borders - the line above 'Internal Storage" is about to be adjusted - you can see the 'adjuster' to the right.
