Help with a straight line route and the route I created
Pls I need help I have a route save in my desktop in a Kml format from Google map,now when I import the route into Basecamp and then I double click on the icon on the left (the 2 shoes )to" create route" automatically it show me an aditional straight line route from point A to B besides the one I created so I have 2 routes on front of me on the map ignoring my route and instead gave me the directions from the straight line route.my questions is why this straight line keeps appearing ,I have another laptop where I do the same and everything works perfect and this other straight line doesn't appear
