I've created a set of 80 POIs in excel which I want to load into Basecamp. So, should be simple.... oh no, no, no. Save the data as a csv - check. Convert csv into a gpx - check. Import gpx into basecamp as POI - oh no you don't. The best I can manage is importing it as a 'track'. So, please, is there a simpler way than using POI loader to send them to my Zumo and then copying them back to Basecamp. Surely? Yes? Am I missing something, like importing a csv into Basecamp, or is it really a six stage process?
POI Loader will save a poi file to your PC, no need to send them to your Zumo. I find the easiest way for numerous things in BC is to have a usb stick permanently plugged into a rear slot on my PC. I send POI files to that and they're then available in BC.
