I finally got around to learning Route making on BaseCamp with the help of a good tutorial and made a couple Routes for some upcoming trips. However, when I uploaded the Route(s) to my GPS, I was unable to find them. It seems only the individual Waypoints were uploaded into my Favorites/My Locations directory on the GPS. Is this a compatibility issue with my GPS? I have a NuLink 1695 which is several years old. If so, what models should I look for which will accept a Route uploaded from BaseCamp? The tutorial I consulted used a Zumo, but I don't really want to shell out that much for a motorcycle unit. Thanks.
