BaseCamp won't start

Hi,

I have a problem with my basecamp. It wont start up. I get error detection below. I already removed Basecamp an all related files, but after reinstalling it, it still gives the same error message. Can you help me out?

    No, When I launch BaseCamp 2D only, windows explorer starts-up, and shows the folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Garmin\BaseCamp

    This shortcut is incorrect in the current installer, we'll fix this in the next version.

    You can update your local copy by following these steps:
    * Find the 2D only shortcut in the start menu
    * Right click and select "Open file location". This should open Windows Explorer with a path like <C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Garmin>
    * Right click on the 2D only shortcut
    * In the "Target" field, the name of the application is missing. Add BaseCamp.exe so that the target looks like <"C:\Program Files (x86)\Garmin\BaseCamp\BaseCamp.exe" /Disable3D> (Note that the quotes are important)

    Still no solution

    Hi.. There is still nog solution for my problem! Please help with good advice/update!
