I have walked a couple of routes and want to modify the recorded track to create a slightly different one. If I load the track, the various points recorded are shown clearly on the map and listed in the scroll down sidebar. If I want to delete one or more of the points, it is possible to select the individual point, but is a bit of a pig to get the cursor exactly on the point. Once selected, it shows on the map with a highlighting circle round it, and the particular point in the drop down list is highlighted. This is great because I can then delete this point and any others I want from the drop down list.
However it is all a bit fiddly selecting the correct point on the map. It would be really useful to have a couple of enhancements.
The first is to make it easier to select a particular point - for instance by using a "select" tool, or simply holding the left mouse button down and scrolling over the general are of the point.
The second is to give the option to select a point from the dropdown list and then have the relevant point displayed with the same highlighting circle displayed on the map. Much of the time this would prove to be a much quicker means of selection.
