I am a first time Garmin owner, an etrex 20X, and I am very happy with it. I spent the weekend playing with Basecamp and installing OSM maps. However I would like to install the 2 maps of Canada that are on the micro card that came with etrex. Right now I have to have attach the device in order to view the maps within Basecamp. I tried copying the .img files to no avail. How do I accomplish this?
Thank you DPawlyk. I was unsuccessful in the virtual drive option - was able to install Private Disk Light but it was only 1GB in size and I needed 6GB. However I did copy the folder from my Garmin micro card to a USB memory stick and that seems to be working fine.
