just a quick intro.
im cassie, lives in south Africa.
I have baught a 64s, with topo maps.
the problem I have, is that im already on my second unit.
the reason is, after a few months of use, my 64s unit doesn't turn on. it gest stuck at the startup screen, were it says "loading maps".
when I take the sd card out, the gps works 100%.
I have put the card in the computer, and when you open the garmin folder, and click on the image file, it says, the file is corrupt.
why does he do that?
I may be wrong, but it happened after I have put my garmin unit on base camp on the computer.
but, I can be wrong.
both the units have done the same thing.
and got replaced.
just a few months, and its the same again.
I use my garmin for work, and each time I am a few weeks blind without my garmin.
please help
